Orlando Jones has the honored position of being the MOC Monday man of the day! Black History Month is here and believe it or not, the BHM kick-off party happened on Saturday Night Live. Not only were there tons of jokes about racial appropriation (that scathing Iggy Azalea joke, the digital short about the “true” biopic about Jay-Z starring Mike O’Brien, aka a white dude on SNL, and other white dudes, including the host J.K. Disney is making historic ground once again with their Princess line of merchandise and programming. Ground that should have been covered eons ago. But in any event, let’s congratulate Disney on introducing the first Latina princess to its roster. Hooray!
How to Get Away with Murder was back in fighting form yesterday, which meant being a confusing ride filled with moments of Viola Davis slaying the scene with looks, attitude, and wigs. That sounds like I’m demeaning the show, but I’m not.
Terminator Genisys is coming to theaters July 1, and the film is taking over the Super Bowl with their upcoming Big Game TV spot. However, you don’t have to wait until Sunday to watch the spot: You can watch it below the post! Also below the post: The new Super Bowl poster!
Jupiter Ascending is a film that looks as perplexing as it is magical. If all of the elements come together, this could become a big of a cult hit as The Fifth Element.
