Venom: The Last Dance is the 3rd film of Sony’s Venom franchise that began in 2018. The first film opened with a negative reception from critics, but audiences loved it. The 2021 sequel Venom: Let There Be Carnage, was released to similar results. As shocking as it is, the series continues to entertain fans as the latest movie looks to end the series with a bang. The story finds Eddie Brock and the titular symbiote inside him (starring and voiced by Tom Hardy) on the run from the U.S. Army as Earth faces a symbiote invasion. In Venom: The Last Dance, Tom Hardy returns as Venom, one of Marvel’s greatest and most complex characters, for the final film in the trilogy. Eddie and Venom are on the run.
